Bag-in/Bag-out Safety Filter Enclosures (BIBO) are safety filtration systems typically connected to exhaust systems to prevent the leakage of hazardous contaminants. Their fully enclosed bag-in/bag-out design provides a safe and reliable method for filter replacement, effectively preventing secondary air contamination.
BIBO filtration cabinets are primarily used for exhaust ventilation in pharmaceutical production facilities, supply/exhaust ventilation for isolation equipment, supply/exhaust ventilation in biosafety laboratories, exhaust ventilation in hospital isolation zones, and industrial chemical gas emissions.
Air Tightness
The enclosure features a fully welded construction with standard pressure resistance of ±3kPa. Prior to shipment, each unit undergoes air tightness testing at a pressure no less than 2.5kPa. Complies with GB 50346-2011 and JG/T 497-2016 requirements, and has obtained third-party inspection certification.
Protective Sealing Bag
Each access door of the bag-in/bag-out filter enclosure is equipped with a protective bag approximately 2m in length, complete with a full set of drawstrings and safety belts. The premium model includes two internal gloves for convenient operation. Filter replacement occurs within the protective bag, preventing gas inside the enclosure from contacting the external environment, thereby safeguarding both operators and the surrounding area.
Optional Filter Stages
Single-stage filtration features only a high-efficiency filter. Multi-stage filtration options include pre/medium-efficiency filtration
Sections, chemical filtration sections, activated carbon filtration sections, dual HEPA filtration sections, etc. Filtration stages can be customized as required.
Installation Methods
Standard installation is horizontal. Vertical or other configurations are available based on site conditions. Series connection of units extends gas residence time within the enclosure. Rain shelters can be provided for outdoor installations.
