Soil Nutrient Analyzer-INOSN

INOSN integrates medicine, equipment, and instruments into one device, making it easy to carry and equivalent to a small mobile laboratory. It does not require users to purchase additional accessories and can be used for flexible field testing. It is suitable for agricultural service departments, agricultural material distributors, cooperatives, fertilizer manufacturers, and large-scale farmers for soil testing and fertilization.

1. This instrument integrates all functions into one unit, eliminating the need for users to purchase additional accessories, and enables flexible mobile testing.  

2. Android smart operating system, with the main control chip using an ARM Cortex-A7, RK3288/4-core processor, operating at 1.88 GHz, ensuring faster processing speed and enhanced stability. 

3. Multiple testing channels (solid-state design) allow for the rapid testing of multiple samples at once, significantly improving testing efficiency and reducing testing costs.  

4. Built-in calibration functionality during testing, intelligent constant current voltage regulation, and automatic light intensity calibration ensure testing accuracy.

5. The instrument is equipped with a crop expert fertilization system that can calculate recommended fertilization amounts for over 100 types of national agricultural crops and fruit trees based on target yields. It provides scientific guidance for agricultural production based on fertilization formulas. Soil testing and fertilization results can be printed, with the printout including: crop type, fertilizer type, target yield, total requirement, and recommended fertilization plan.

6. The instrument supports Wi-Fi wireless uploading, 4G network transmission, and GPRS wireless remote transmission, enabling rapid data uploading.

7. The instrument has a built-in large-capacity memory, supporting the viewing of all historical testing records and the transmission of all testing data.

8. It is equipped with a smart cloud agriculture platform. After the instrument is connected to a wireless network, testing data can be selectively or batch-uploaded wirelessly, facilitating long-term data management and visualization analysis for users.

9. The instrument also features a USB interface and an Ethernet interface, and data can be copied out using a USB drive at any time.  

10. Users can log in to the cloud platform via mobile phone to view historical data online at any time.  

11. The instrument includes built-in plant nutrient diagnosis standard spectra. By comparing leaf images with pictures of nutrient deficiencies in various crops, it can diagnose nutrient deficiencies or excesses.  

12. 4-wavelength professional testing cold light source (red, blue, green, orange), with stable light source wavelengths, no temperature drift during prolonged continuous operation, a lifespan of up to 100,000 hours, excellent reproducibility, and high accuracy.

13. The colorimetric cell section uses standard 1cm colorimetric cells, with no mechanical displacement or wear, precise optical path testing and positioning, effective shielding against external light interference, ensuring testing results exceed national standard requirements.

14. The instrument system includes pre-processing operation videos for samples. Various sample testing methods can be viewed by clicking the video module, eliminating the need for operators to study the manual. This facilitates quick guidance and training, making it easy for newcomers to operate the system.

15. Built-in next-generation high-speed thermal printer (no ribbon required). Printouts include: testing unit, tester, testing item, channel number, absorbance, nutrient content (mg/kg), testing time, and QR code information.

16. High-sensitivity 7-inch true-color touchscreen with more efficient and user-friendly operation, high-definition and high-interactivity display, significantly reducing the cumbersome operations and errors of traditional instruments.

17. Built-in clock function for convenient recording of operation time and long-term historical traceability.

18. Supports multiple account login with passwords, featuring an efficient UI interface. Different users can freely add and edit testing information, which can be saved for long-term use.

19. GPS functionality: records latitude and longitude locations during field operations to meet special user requirements.

20. Built-in low voltage warning function displays battery level during testing to prevent data drift, and includes power failure protection that automatically saves data upon power loss to prevent data loss.

21. Supports both AC and DC power supply modes, with a built-in high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery. When fully charged, it can operate continuously for over 10 hours and can also be connected to a vehicle power source for charging.  

22. The instrument features a Chinese-English language switching function to meet export requirements.
